Light Design Notes from our instructor: "Using your mission statement and research of your culture, create a parti to communicate the 'essence' of your proposed design for the community center. This statement, word, diagram, metaphor, analogy should be used as a lighthouse beacon which guides offshore boats in the night, keeping them from crashing onto dangerous and rocky shores. It should communicate your intent and should inspire your design. The stronger your beacon the better your design so take care in constructing your beacon." |
